Automatically split different phishing emails among your audience groups, within a single simulation.
See before launching which template goes to each group and how many people.
Afterward compare the results of each template separately: sent, fell for it, and reported.
Navigation: Simulaciones → Nueva simulación de email
In the Template step of the wizard, check between 2 and 5 templates instead of just one. Each one gets numbered according to the order you picked it in — that order is what defines the split; it can't be dragged to reorder.
Below the selector, read only, you'll see which template goes to each group in your audience and how many people:
Factura vencida → Comercial 180 personas
Reset de password → Sistemas 95 personas
Premio RRHH → Resto de la nómina 965 personas
This split is calculated by the server, not the screen: what you see there is exactly what's going to be sent.
People who don't belong to any group also receive a template. They're grouped into a separate segment —"Resto de la nómina"— which enters the cycling in order like any other. That way no one in your audience is left without a simulation.
If there are more groups than templates chosen, the split starts over from the first template.
Once the simulation is launched, the campaign detail —Analíticas tab— shows a results table split by template: sent, fell for it, and reported for each one.
With only one template chosen, this table doesn't appear: the campaign looks exactly the same as before this feature.
This feature is being rolled out gradually, starting with a small group of accounts. If you still don't see the multiple selector in the Template step, it's because your company doesn't have it enabled yet — you can still choose a single template as always.
Can I choose by hand which template goes to each group?
Not in this version. The split follows the order in which you chose the templates, cycling through your audience groups. Choosing the mapping group by group is something we're evaluating for later.
What happens if my audience doesn't have groups set up?
Everyone falls into the "Resto de la nómina" segment and cycles through the templates you chose, in selection order.
I chose just one template, does anything change?
No. With a single template the wizard and the sending behave exactly the same as before this feature.
Can I see which template each person received?
From the campaign detail, the Analíticas tab shows you the results split by template. For person by person detail, check the campaign's recipient list.
