Access it from Profile, in the side menu. The page reads from top to bottom in four blocks.
Your data and your achievements
At the top you'll see your photo, your name, your email, and your position with your department. Next to the avatar there's a button to change it: each time you press it, it assigns you a different image.
On the side is My Achievements, the badges you've already earned. If you hover over one, it shows you what it's about. When you don't have any yet, you'll see the message "You have no achievements yet."
Statistics
Three cards with your numbers: completed learning paths, completed courses, and days without falling for phishing. The latter resets if you click on an email from a simulation.
Risk score
Below that is your risk score and, next to it, the risk analysis, which breaks it down into the factors that make it up: the likelihood that you'll click on a suspicious link, the likelihood that your data will be compromised, the lack of training, and a booster that can amplify the level.
The screen includes a How does it work? that explains it in detail. In summary: the score looks at your behavior over the last six months. It goes up if you tend to click on phishing emails or if you have incomplete training, and it goes down as you regularly complete courses and paths.
This is not a rating of your work performance: it's a measure of exposure to threats, and it's in your hands to lower it by completing your training.
Achievements in progress
The ones you haven't earned yet, along with what you still need to reach them. If you don't have any underway, "You have no achievements in progress" appears.
Certificates
The last block gathers a card for each course and each path you've completed, with its preview and a download button. The most recent ones come first.
Can I change my photo to one of my own?
No. The button next to the avatar assigns you a different image each time you press it, but it doesn't let you upload a photo of yourself.
My position or my department is wrong.
That data comes from the payroll your company uploads. To correct it, you need to notify whoever manages Whalemate in your organization.
Who else sees my risk score?
The score is part of the reports seen by the team that manages the platform at your company. It's not public information for the rest of your colleagues.
How do I lower my risk score?
By completing the training you've been assigned and not falling for phishing simulations. Both factors count toward the calculation and improve over time.
My days without falling for phishing were reset.
That counter goes back to zero when you interact with a simulation. It goes back up on its own, day by day.
