Main Steps

1. Add IP to whitelist

   • Go to spam, phishing, and malware settings in Gmail

   • Edit the list of allowed addresses

   • Add IP: 69.72.38.219

2. Configure inbound gateway

   • Gateway IPs: 69.72.38.219

   • TLS required: Yes

   • Do not reject emails outside this IP

   • Disable Gmail spam evaluation for this flow

3. Remove Gmail gray warning

   • Create a list of approved domains (e.g.: whalemate.com, not-reply.com, m1.whalemate.com, etc.)

   • Use this list in spam and blocked senders settings

4. If the gray warning persists (optional)

   • Temporarily disable "Enhanced pre-delivery message scanning"

   • Launch campaign and re-enable

5. Disable whitelist alerts (optional)

   • Edit security rule in the Alert Center

   • Uncheck email notifications
