Provides an at-a-glance view of the aggregated impact of all active simulation campaigns within a selected period
Shows how employee behavior evolves across simulations: from emails sent to phishing reports
Identifies repeat at-risk users and trends compared to the previous period
Allows segmentation by department, team, country, or role for more granular analysis
Navigation: Insights → Campaign Impact
View the dashboard On load, data for the active period is fetched automatically. A skeleton loader is displayed across all sections during loading.
LRead the main KPIs At the top, 4 summary cards are shown:
Total campaigns – number of campaigns active in the period
Targeted employees – employees reached during the period
Repeat offenders – users who fell for more than one simulation (also shows new at-risk users)
Reported simulations – simulations correctly reported by employees
Each card shows a comparison with the previous period (badge with % change in green or red).
"Previous period" toggle disabled by default. Shows comparison badges between the current and previous period. If disabled, badges disappear and only absolute values for the selected period are shown.
Apply filters: Click Filters (top right of the section). A side panel opens with:
Manual date range (From / To fields with date picker)
Preset periods: Last 7 days / Last 14 days / Last 30 days / Last 60 days / Last 90 days / Last year
Segment filters (Target): Department / Teams. 🔜 Filters by Countries and Roles will be available soon.
Once filters are configured, click Save. The dashboard reloads with the new data.
⚠️ Segment filters show available options based on the organization's data. If no data exists for a segment, the field may appear empty or without options.
Read the Aggregated Campaign Impact Below the main KPI cards, a block shows 9 combined metrics across all campaigns in the period: Sent / Opened / Clicked / Data harvesting / Downloaded / Attachments opened / Failed / Repeat offenders / Reported
Read the Campaign Impact Funnel An area chart that visualizes user progression through each funnel stage (from Sent to Attachments opened). X-axis values mirror the aggregated metrics block for easy reading.
What does "Repeat offenders" mean?
Employees who fell for more than one phishing simulation within the selected period. The card also shows how many are new at-risk users in that period.
Do filters apply to all sections of the dashboard?
Yes. Saving filters updates all blocks (KPIs, Aggregated Impact, and Funnel) with the filtered data.
What happens when I turn off the "Previous period" toggle?
Comparison badges (% change) disappear. Only absolute values for the active period are shown.
Are the manual date range and preset periods mutually exclusive?
Selecting a preset period is assumed to auto-populate the From / To fields. The reverse interaction (manually editing dates and deselecting the radio button) is pending validation.
