Puntos Promedio — the average score, with two decimals. It is calculated only among the people who completed the trivia: whoever didn't play doesn't lower it.
Total de Participantes — how many people are enrolled in this trivia, whether they played or not.
Completado — how many finished it, out of the total enrolled.
Pendiente — how many still haven't played it, out of the total enrolled.
Read together, Completado and Pendiente are the snapshot of participation; Puntos Promedio is the snapshot of performance. A high average with many Pendientes doesn't mean the trivia worked well: it means the few who played did well.
The table lists all enrolled people, sorted from highest to lowest score, with:
The position in the first column.
Empleado, Correo electrónico and Departamento.
Puntos — the score obtained.
Fecha de finalización — the day it was completed.
Whoever didn't play also appears in the list, at the end, with N/A in Puntos and in Fecha de finalización. That is to say, the table isn't only for players: it's the complete list of enrolled people sorted by score. If you're counting positions to give out rewards, keep in mind that the last rows may be people who never entered.
The header of the first column currently says «Rol», but what it shows is the ranking position. This is a labeling error that has already been identified.
Because they are enrolled but haven't played the trivia yet, or didn't reach the end. As soon as they complete it, the row shows their score and the date.
No. Puntos Promedio is calculated only over those who completed the trivia, so it isn't dragged down by the pending ones.
Yes for the podium: the table is sorted from highest to lowest score, so the best are at the top. What you should look at carefully is the bottom of the table, where those who didn't play are.
Reminders are not sent from this screen. You can see the list of who they are here, in the rows with N/A, and from the trivia's enrollment list you can check their due dates.
Yes. The ranking remains with the recorded results; what changes is that no one can add new points anymore.
