Audit the overall compliance of trainings and learning paths in your organization.
Verify the enrollment and expiration date of each assigned course or path.
Check the status of each enrollment: Completed, Pending, Expired or Updated – Redo.
Export the filtered results in CSV, PDF or XLSX format for external reports or internal analysis, or download the complete history without filtering by date.
Access each employee's activity history and download their certificates.
Navigation: Academia → Analíticas → Cursos or Academia → Analíticas → Rutas de Aprendizaje
Apply filters to segment the records according to what you need to review. You can filter by:
Employee's name or e-mail
Department, Country or Team
Specific Course or Learning Path
Enrollment or expiration date range (this filter shows the last month by default)
In the Courses view, the table automatically updates when you change the date, department, team or course, showing only the enrollments that fall within that selection.
Review the top indicators to get an overview of the general status. They show the total enrollments grouped by:
All · Completed · Expired · Pending · Updated – Redo
Clicking on an indicator automatically filters the table to show only that status.
Explore the results table. The available columns vary depending on the content type:
Courses: Email, Employee, Department, Country, Team, Enrollment Date, Expiration Date, Course, Status, History, Certificate.
In the Courses view, next to the employee's name an icon may appear indicating the source of the enrollment:
Envelope, chat or QR code: the enrollment came from a simulation campaign (email, SMS or QR respectively). The campaign name is shown in the tooltip.
Graduation cap: the enrollment was automatically generated because the employee entered through a deep link. Tooltip: "Automatic enrollment via deep link".
No icon: the enrollment was uploaded manually.
Learning Paths: Email, Employee, Department, Country, Learning Path, Team, Dates, Status, Progress (%), History, Certificate.
Use the available actions:
Columns: select which columns to display in the table.
Export: opens a menu with the following options:
Export to CSV — downloads the current view, respecting the applied period and filters.
Export to PDF — generates a report of the current view, respecting the applied period and filters.
Export to XLSX — downloads the current view in Excel format, respecting the applied period and filters.
Export complete history (XLSX) — downloads the entire enrollment history, without filtering by date.
Use CSV, PDF or XLSX when you need data from a specific period. Use "Export complete history" when you need the full record, without a date limit, to upload it into your own systems.
In the Courses view, the files exported in CSV and XLSX include the Source column, which indicates how each enrollment was generated: the name of the simulation campaign, "Deep link" if it came through a deep link, or empty if the upload was manual.
Certificate: available in the row when the course or path was completed. It allows you to download it directly.
Deleted enrollments no longer appear in the list. The "Deleted" filter was removed to avoid confusion.
What is the difference between courses and learning paths?
Courses are individual training units. Learning Paths group several courses under the same sequence, and show the total progress as a percentage (%).
What does the "Updated – Redo" status mean?
It indicates that the content of the course or Learning Path was updated and the employee must complete it again for their enrollment to be considered current.
Why don't I see some records?
Deleted enrollments are no longer shown. If you can't find a record, it may have been previously deleted.
What does the exported file (CSV, PDF or XLSX) include?
It includes all the columns visible at the time of export and exactly reflects the filters applied on screen.
How do I know if an employee completed a Learning Path?
The Progress (%) field shows the total advancement. When it reaches 100% and the status shows Completed, the path is finished. You can also download the certificate if it's available.
What is the difference between exporting the current view and exporting the complete history?
Exporting to CSV, PDF or XLSX downloads only the enrollments corresponding to the period and filters you have applied. Export complete history (XLSX) downloads all registered enrollments, without filtering by date.
What does the icon next to the employee's name in the Courses table mean?
It indicates the source of the enrollment. An envelope, chat or QR icon indicates it came from a simulation campaign (email, SMS or QR) — the campaign name appears in the tooltip. The graduation cap icon indicates the enrollment was automatically generated by a deep link. If there is no icon, the enrollment was uploaded manually.
