Centralizes all simulation campaigns in one place, grouped by sending month
Allows searching, filtering by type, and sorting campaigns to quickly find a specific campaign
Shows key metrics for each campaign in the list view, without needing to go into the detail
Provides access to the Campaign Detail, where you can see complete information: configuration, analytics and events per campaign
Navigation: Insights → Campaign Explorer
View the campaign list: upon entering, campaigns are shown grouped by sending month (e.g.: Sent on April 2026). Each group is expandable or collapsible. Each card shows:
Campaign name and sending date
4 summarized metrics with icons, whose names appear when hovering the cursor: Total Users, Clicks, Compromised and Reported.
In QR type campaigns, the reached employees metric shows the total number of employees in the organization, since this campaign type does not have a default defined audience.
The Compromised metric varies according to the simulation type:
Click campaigns: compromised = clicks. They are the same value.
Credential or ransomware campaigns: compromised reflects how many users completed the simulation action (e.g.: entered credentials or downloaded the file), so it may differ from clicks.
Sort campaigns: Click on Sort by. A selector is displayed with the available option: Name. When selected, the campaigns are reordered alphabetically. An arrow icon indicates the sorting direction (ascending/descending), which can be toggled by clicking again.
Filter by campaign type: Click on Type. A selector with multiple selection options is displayed:
QR
SMS
USB Drop
Click on Apply to filter. If the active filter returns no results, the empty state is shown: "No campaigns available for the selected filters". The Type button shows a blue dot indicating that a filter is active.
Search campaign by name: Click on the Search field and enter text. The list is filtered in real time showing only the campaigns whose name matches. To clear the search, click the X inside the field.
Filter by period: Click on Filters (top right). A side panel opens with:
Manual date range (From / To fields with date picker)
Predefined periods: Last 7 days / Last 14 days / Last 30 days / Last 60 days / Last 90 days / Last year
When selecting a predefined period, the From / To fields update automatically. Click on Save. The Filters icon shows a red badge with the number of active filters.
View the Campaign Detail: Click on a campaign card (or on the three-dot menu ⋮ → detail option). You are navigated to Campaign Detail.
Delete a test campaign: in the card's three-dot menu (⋮). This option appears only on test campaigns; real campaigns cannot be deleted from here. The "Delete test campaign" dialog opens, which asks you to swipe and release to confirm, because the action cannot be undone. Once finished, it is confirmed with "Test campaign deleted".
Export a report: Click on Export (top right). A selector opens with the campaigns grouped by month, where you can mark one, several, or all of a month's campaigns. Upon confirming, a PDF is downloaded with the report of the selected campaigns, with the company name in the file. The report's date range is the one applied in the Filters panel.
Compare: This feature is under development and will be available soon.
Can I search and filter by type at the same time?
Yes. The search by name and the filter by type work in combination. Both are applied simultaneously on the list.
What happens if I apply a period filter and there are no campaigns in that range?
The empty state is shown: "No campaigns available for the selected filters".
Are the metrics on the cards the same as in the Campaign Detail?
The cards show a summary of 4 metrics. The Campaign Detail has more complete information, including analytics and events.
Can I delete a campaign from the explorer?
Only test ones. This is intentional: real campaigns are part of the organization's risk history, and deleting them would alter the metrics and comparisons between periods.
