Review a security topic in a minute, without having to enter a course.
Receive it where you already are: it arrives as a link through the channel your company uses, so you can respond right away.
Leave a record of your answer so your company can see which topics need reinforcement.
Open the link that was shared with you. If you're not logged in, it first asks you to log into the portal and then takes you to the check.
Look at the image and read the question. If the check includes an infographic and it's too small, tap it or use the zoom button to view it larger.
Choose one of the options. The one you selected gets marked; you can change it until you confirm.
Tap Confirm answer.
You'll see the result: "Correct answer" or "Incorrect answer," based on what you chose.
After confirming, the screen is locked: the options can no longer be tapped.
You answer only once and the correct option is not shown. The check tells you whether you got it right, but not what the correct answer was, neither when you answer nor if you open the link again later.
If you reopen a check you already answered
The option you had chosen is marked and "Already completed" appears. That notice is neutral: it doesn't tell you again whether it was right or wrong.
Where to find them
Quick Checks don't have their own listing in the portal: you access each one through its link. The Quick Checks entry appears in the menu only while you're viewing a check, so you know where you are.
Can I change my answer after confirming?
No. You answer only once and the choice is final.
I answered incorrectly, what was the correct answer?
The check doesn't show it. If the topic left you wondering, check with whoever manages the platform at your company or review the related awareness content.
Where can I see all the Quick Checks I've answered?
There's no listing: each check lives at its link. If you want to view one again, you need the link it was sent to you with.
It says "Already completed" and I don't remember answering it.
It's enough to have confirmed an option once, even if it was from another device. If you're sure you didn't answer it, let whoever manages the platform know.
Is it mandatory? Does it have a deadline?
It has no deadline and doesn't block any of your training. It's a short review, separate from your courses and paths.
