Give flexibility to organizations that prefer to manage their own communications.
Avoid duplication of notifications if they are already sent from another system.
Go to Settings
Locate the Academy Notifications section.
Change the toggle:
On (default): users receive assignment emails for Courses and LPs.
Off: assignment emails are not sent, but assignments are recorded and reflected in analytics.
Save the changes with the Save button.
Important: this toggle only affects assignment emails. It does not disable campaign emails.
If I turn it off, do I lose metrics?
No. Metrics are recorded even if emails are not sent.
Can it be configured by group or user?
No. It is a global setting that applies to the entire organization.
