What is the difference between "Save and report" and "Save, report, and send educational message"?
The first option only logs the report. The second also shows the employee an educational message when the report was a phishing simulation.
What message does the employee see if they report a simulation?
If you configured "Save, report, and send educational message," they will see the "Confirmation - simulation" message. If not, they will see the same message shown for any real email.
Can I customize all the texts on the report button?
Yes. The panel's title, subtitle, and question, as well as the titles and messages of both confirmations, are editable.
Who receives the phishing reports?
The addresses you add in "Incident notification email." If you also enable "Save reported emails to SIEM inbox," reported emails are also saved in Whalemate's SIEM inbox.
