Where to find your trivia games
There are two ways:
From the email. When a trivia game is assigned to you, you receive an email with the Log In button. That button takes you directly to the game, without passing through any intermediate screen.
From the menu. In the portal, go to Games. You'll see the Trivia screen with a card for each trivia game assigned to you.
If none has been assigned to you yet, the screen shows the message "You don't have any Trivia games assigned yet."
Each trivia's card
Each card shows the trivia's title, its Expiration date, and a label with the status:

Before you start
When you open a trivia you haven't played, you'll see "Welcome to the Trivia!" and a row with four pieces of information:

Duration | The estimated time for the game. |
Language | The language in which the questions are written. It may be different from the language you have set for the portal. |
Your points | The points you've accumulated so far in this trivia. |
When you're ready, tap Start playing!
The game, question by question
Spin the wheel. Tap the wheel and the category of your question is determined. It's random: you can't choose the topic.
Meet your character. The category that came up appears with its character and a notice that you have 60 seconds to answer.
Tap Start. The clock starts right here. You'll see the question, the answer options, the Question X/Y counter with its progress bar, and the countdown timer.
Choose an answer. The correct one is marked in green and yours in red if you got it wrong, and "You earned N points" or "No points earned" appears.
Continue. The game automatically moves to the next question, which starts again from the wheel.
While you play, on the right you always have your current Position and the live ranking in view.
The clock cannot be paused. If you close the screen in the middle of a question, time keeps running: when you come back you resume that same question with the time that was left, and if the minute has passed, that question remains without points.
How points are counted
Correct answer: between 50 and 99 points, depending on how fast you answer. Answering correctly always adds points.
Incorrect answer, or your minute ran out: 0 points. Points are never subtracted from you.
The finish
When you answer the last question, you'll see "Well Played!" and the trivia becomes Completed. In its place, the final table appears: the podium with the top three and the Ranking with the top ten. Your row is highlighted, and if you ranked below 10th place, you'll still appear at the end of the list with your actual position.
Can I play the same trivia again to improve my score?
No. Each trivia is played only once. When you answer the last question, it's marked as Completed and you can only go back in to view the ranking.
I answered a question wrong, does it subtract points from me?
No. An incorrect answer adds 0, but it doesn't take away what you've already earned. The same applies if your minute runs out without answering.
Can I choose the topic of the questions?
No. The wheel randomly determines the category of each question among the five available.
Who can see my score?
Everyone who has been assigned the same trivia. Your first and last name, your profile photo, and your points appear in the ranking.
A trivia I didn't play expired on me, can I ask for it to be re-enabled?
Once expired, you can't play it. Talk to your company's platform administrator: they can assign it to you again
