Navigation: from the course list in Academia → Cursos, go into the Contenido option of the course you want to review.
On the left, the list of sections stays fixed, in the order in which the collaborator will go through them. Each one has an icon according to its type —text, video or quiz— and with a click the panel on the right shows that full section.
Within a section you can find four types of blocks: video, text, practice and quiz. It's the same content and the same order that your collaborator sees when taking the course; the difference is in the quiz.
In this view the correct answers are marked. Both in the quiz and in the practices, the valid option appears marked. This is intentional: it's the administrator's view. Whoever takes the course sees them unmarked.
The Copiar link button copies to the clipboard the direct link to the course, in the style academy.whalemate.com/#/dl/course/…. Whoever opens it goes straight into that course; if they don't have it assigned, the platform enrolls them automatically. When you copy it you see the notice "Link copiado", and if your browser blocks the clipboard, "No se pudo copiar el enlace".
That link is the simplest way to add people to a course from your intranet or an internal email, and for that same reason it's best not to publish it outside your organization. The full behavior is in the direct link to a course documentation.
The Descargar PDF button downloads the course outline: its title and subtitle, and then each numbered section with its title, subtitle and description.
The PDF does not include the content of the sections. It does not include the videos, the texts, the practices or the quiz questions — it's the syllabus, not the material. If what you need is the complete content for an audit, request it through the support chat.
No. This screen is only for viewing it. Whalemate courses cannot be edited; if you need to change the content, the solution is to create a custom course, which has its own documentation.
No. The marking of the correct option is from the administrator's view. Whoever takes the course sees the questions without the answers marked.
That's expected: the PDF is the course outline —the sections with their description— and not the material itself. To review the actual content, go through it on this screen.
Check that the person is loaded in your payroll: the direct link works for collaborators of your company. If they're in the payroll and still can't get in, write to us through the support chat.
Yes, it's the same. If the course is custom and you want to change it, it's reordered from the course editing, not from here.
