What is it for?
You see everything assigned to you at once, organized by type of content.
You know where you are in each course or path, without guessing whether you've started it or not.
You open any course, path, game or quick check from its own section, without looking for the invitation email.
You find what you've already completed, to review it again or download the certificate.
The side menu
In the side menu, under Mis Aprendizajes, you have three screens: Rutas de aprendizaje, Cursos and Juegos. Each one shows only that type of content. Chequeos rápidos have no list: you open them from the link you receive and, while you're viewing them, they appear in the Perfil menu.
The cards
Each card shows the cover, the type (Curso or Ruta de aprendizaje; for paths, also their level), the title and how far along you are, for example "2 de 5 secciones" or "1 de 3 cursos". Below you see your status: No iniciado, En progreso or Completado. You also see the date (Vence, Venció or Completado with the day) and, if you've already started, a bar with your percentage. At the top left, a label tells you if the deadline is Pendiente, Por vencer, Completado or Vencido. The button on the card changes depending on your progress:
Your progress | What the button says |
|---|---|
You haven't started it yet | Comenzar |
You've already started it | Continuar |
You've already completed it | Ver de nuevo |
You completed a path and it has a certificate | Descargar certificado |
Click the card to open the course or path.
Progress and due date are two different things: a course can be in progress and overdue at the same time, and you'll see the two signals separately. The button tells you how far you've gotten, not whether it's still valid.
The status filter
Inside Cursos and Learning Paths there are four buttons to filter by status: Pendientes, Por vencer, Finalizados and Vencidos. You can turn one on or leave them all off. With no filter active, you see all the content in that section. A course that is about to expire counts as both Pendiente and Por vencer, so it can appear under both buttons.
If you filter and there are no results, a notice appears with the option to Quitar filtro to see everything again.
What order it's shown in
First you see what you're working on: what you've already started and what is due in the next 30 days. Then come the rest of the pending items, by due date, and at the end, what's overdue and what's completed. If two courses are due on the same day, they always appear in the same order.
Pages
Cursos, Rutas de aprendizaje and Juegos are shown 12 per page. When you have more than 12, a pager appears at the bottom to go to the next page. The numbers for Pendientes, Por vencer, Finalizados and Vencidos count your whole list, not just the page you're viewing.
When there's nothing to show
If you have nothing assigned, you see "Todavía no hay cursos para hacer" (in Cursos) or "Todavía no hay rutas de aprendizaje para hacer" (in Rutas de aprendizaje), and in Juegos "Aún no tienes Trivias asignadas". When your company assigns you something, or the start date of an already assigned course arrives, it will appear here. If what you don't see is because of a filter, "No hay resultados con este filtro" appears with the Quitar filtro button.
I was told a course was assigned to me and I don't see it.
Check the Cursos section (if it's a standalone course) or Learning Paths (if it's part of a path). If the course has a future start date, it won't appear yet. It will be available the day it starts. If you're in the right section, also check that you don't have a status filter active: it may be there, just hidden by the filter.
What do Aprendiz, Experto, Maestro and Leyenda mean?
They are the levels of a learning path and show how deep the route is. They don't depend on your performance: they come set with the path.
I finished a course or a path and now the button says "Ver de nuevo".
That's how what you've already completed looks: you can go in whenever you want to review it. In a completed path with a certificate, the button says Descargar certificado. Your certificate is saved in Perfil → Certificados.
Can I still see if something is about to expire or is overdue?
Yes, the due date is still shown on each card, and you can also filter by that status with the Pendientes, Por vencer, Finalizados and Vencidos buttons. Due date and progress are independent: you can have something overdue without having started it, or in progress and about to expire at the same time.
I have more than 12 courses and I don't see the last ones.
The list is shown 12 at a time. Use the pager below the cards to go to the next page.
Why does a course that is due later appear before one that is due earlier?
The list puts first what you've already started and what is due in the next 30 days. The rest comes after, by due date. What's overdue and what's completed go at the end.
