Lets you see at a glance all the resources sent (images, videos, PDFs, HTMLs) grouped by month sent.

Shows how many employees received and opened each resource, without needing to open the detail.
Lets you open the full detail of each resource, including its recipient analytics.
Navigation: Insights → Analítica de Recursos → Explorador de Recursos
Resources are shown in cards grouped by month sent (e.g. "Sent in May 2026"). Each group can be collapsed or expanded.
Each card shows: resource name, file type icon, send date, number of sends (plane icon) and number of opens (green check icon).
Search by name: type in the search field. Results filter in real time. As you type, a dropdown appears with matching resource suggestions. Search filters by name only. Press the X to clear the search.
Filter by type: click the "Type" selector to open the panel with options: Image, Video, PDF, HTML. You can select one or more types. Click "Apply" to apply the filter, or "Clear" to remove it. The "Type" button shows a blue dot when a filter is active.
Sort: click "Name" to switch between ascending and descending order by name.
Advanced filters panel: click "Filters" (top right corner) to open the side panel. From there you can:
Set a custom date range with the "From" and "To" fields, or select a preset period: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days, Last year.
Filter by assignment type: Image, Video, PDF, HTML.
Click "Save" to apply the filters. The Filters icon shows a counter with the number of active filters.
Open a resource's detail: click the three-dot menu (⋮) on a card and select "Details". This takes you to the Resource Detail view.
Delete a resource: in the three-dot menu on each card. You confirm by sliding, and it can't be undone.
Compare and Export: they appear in the header but are disabled: they don't work yet.
The Explorer shows the current period. If you look for an older send and it doesn't appear, widen the range from the Filters panel.
When an active filter returns no results, this message is shown: _"_There are no resources available for the selected filters.
When you open the detail, a banner appears at the top with the cover image, the icon and the name of the resource. Below it there are two tabs:
Details: shows Resource Type, Language, Start date and number of Employees. If the file type has no preview available, the screen says so with a message instead of leaving the space empty.
Analytics: shows the delivery metrics (number and percentage of Sent and Opened) and the named recipient table, with the columns Employee, Personal ID, Email, Sent (date and time) and Opened (date and time). The table is paginated.
Sent is the people the email actually went out to. If the send hasn't reached its scheduled time yet, it's zero.
Opened is distinct people who opened it at least once, not the total number of opens. If someone opens it three times it counts once, and the date you see is the last one.
Clicks are not recorded. If the content has links, the platform doesn't say how many people followed them.
The opened number is always below the real one: an open is detected with an invisible image inside the email, and anyone who reads it with images blocked is not recorded. Take the percentage as a floor, not an exact measurement.
What types of resources can I see in the Explorador de Recursos?
All four: images, videos, PDFs and HTML files. It's the same list you see in the Awareness gallery, with the results of each send.
Can I combine search by name with the type filters?
Yes, both filters work together. Results show resources that match the text entered AND the selected type.
What does the blue dot on the "Type" button mean?
It means at least one type filter is active. Click "Clear" inside the dropdown to remove it.
Does the employee table in the resource analytics show all recipients?
Yes, it shows all the employees who received that resource. It includes the exact date and time of the send and the open for each person.
I saw another screen with these same numbers. Which one do I look at?
After you schedule a send, the platform leaves you in Awareness Analytics, which shows the same newsletters and the same two metrics. Use the Explorador de Recursos, which is in the menu and has the more complete named list. The other one is for when you need to see the content preview as it was sent. Note that they sort in opposite directions: the Explorer puts the most recent month on top.
