See the impact of all simulation campaigns in a period at a glance, without opening each campaign.
Track how employee behavior changes: from emails sent to phishing reports.
Compare the chosen period against the previous one to see whether the organization is improving.
Identify how many people fall for more than one simulation, and segment by department or group.
Navigation: Insights → Impacto de Campaña. Inside the screen, the header reads "Impacto y Evolución de la Campaña".
When you open it, the screen always shows the last 30 days. That is the default period and it is not saved: every time you come back it starts again at 30 days.
Total de Campañas: how many simulation campaigns were active in the period.
Empleados Objetivo: how many people were reached by those campaigns.
Reincidentes: how many people fell for two or more different campaigns in the period (see the FAQ below, because there is fine print here).
Simulaciones Reportadas: how many simulations employees reported correctly.
Each card has a text at the bottom that describes the scope of the number: "Activos en Periodo", "Nuevos usuarios de riesgo", "Reportado en el período". It is fixed text, not a second number.
At the top right, above the cards, is the Último período switch. It is off by default: if you turn it on, each card adds a chip with the percentage change compared with the period immediately before, of the same length as the one you are looking at.
How to read the chip color. Green with an up arrow means the number went up, and red with a down arrow means it went down. It does not mean good or bad. On the Reincidentes card, more repeat offenders than last period is shown in green. The sign is what matters, not the color.
If you see a gray dash (–), there is no change to show: either the number stayed the same, or the previous period had no data to compare with.
Click Filtros, at the top right. A side panel opens with:
Manual date range, with the Desde and Hasta fields. The range cannot be longer than one year from the start date.
Preset periods: last 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or the last year. When you pick one, the Desde and Hasta fields fill in on their own. If you then edit the dates by hand and the range no longer matches any of the presets, the selection changes to Otro.
Objetivo, to segment: Departamento and Grupos.
Confirm with Guardar: the three blocks on the screen reload with the new cut. The Filtros icon shows the number of active filters.
The Países and Roles filters appear in the panel but are disabled: they cannot be used yet.
A block with nine numbers, adding up all the campaigns in the period: Enviados, Abiertos, Clicados, Harvesting (the people who gave up their credentials), Descargados, Adjuntos Abiertos, Fallidos, Reincidentes and Reportados.
The same path in an area chart, to see where people drop off between one stage and the next. It has six stages: Enviados → Abiertos → Clicados → Harvesting → Descargados → Adjuntos Abiertos. Fallidos, Reincidentes and Reportados are left out of the funnel on purpose, because they are not part of the progression.
What does "Reincidentes" mean on this screen?
People who fell for at least two different campaigns among those in the period you are looking at, counting email, SMS and QR together. Two failures within the same campaign count as one, so they are not enough to be a repeat offender.
So why does the number not match the one in a specific campaign?
Because they are two different metrics on purpose. Here it only looks at what happened within the filtered period; in a campaign's detail, "Reincidentes" are the people who fell for it and had already fallen for another campaign before, looking at the organization's whole history, with no date limit. The same employee can count on one screen and not on the other.
Do the filters affect all sections?
Yes. When you save, the four cards, the aggregate block and the funnel reload.
What happens if I turn off the "Último período" switch?
The change chips disappear and only the absolute values for the chosen period remain.
Can I pin a period so I do not have to choose it every time?
No. The screen goes back to the last 30 days every time you open it.
Can I download this information?
This screen has no download. The list of people by status is exported from Analítica de simulaciones, and the events of a specific campaign from its Eventos tab.
Why does "Empleados Objetivo" not match the number of employees in my company?
Because it counts the people reached by the campaigns in the period, not the whole payroll. If there were no campaigns for a team in those days, its people do not appear.
