Confirm what the payroll sync did: every hire, every change, and every termination that came from your provider.
See the before and after of each field that changed.
Understand why a person or a group wasn't created, with the specific cause of the error.
Export the records to CSV to review them or attach them to a case.
This screen doesn't have its own item in the menu. You access it from the integration:
Configuración → Integraciones → your integration's card (G Suite, Azure AD | SCIM or Okta) → Información → Ver registros de integración.
From the breadcrumb at the top you go back to Integrations.
If the card shows the Importar button instead of Información, that integration hasn't done any sync yet and has no records to show.
The tabs are the source. Above the table there's a tab for each possible source. The ones that bring data are the integrations that sync payroll: google, microsoft, and okta. When you enter from a card, it already leaves you on that integration's tab; switching tabs shows you what another one did.
Each row is an event and has five columns:
Fecha y hora — when it happened, in day/month/year and time format.
Acción — what was done: Crear Empleado, Actualizar Empleado, Eliminar Empleado, Crear Grupo, Actualizar Grupo, Eliminar Grupo, Sincronizar Empleados al Grupo, and the error variants (Error de Empleado, Empleado Repetido, Error al Eliminar Empleado, Error de Grupo).
Tipo de modelo — whether the record is for a person or a group.
Detalle — the list of fields that changed, written in one line: "The field Department changed from Ventas to Comercial".
Resultado — a label showing Éxito or Error.
The table shows 15 rows per page and is paginated with the controls at the bottom.
Viewing an event's detail. Click on any row: Detalle del registro opens on the right, with everything from the table plus three pieces of data the table doesn't show:
Origen — which integration the change came from.
Ejecutado por — who initiated it. It says Automático when it was the sync and not a person.
Causa — the error message, when the result was Error. This is the data that explains why something wasn't done.
Below that, a block appears for Campo modificado #1, #2, etc., one for each field, with Valor anterior and Nuevo valor.
The Filtros button, at the top right, opens a panel with:
Desde and Hasta — the date range.
Acción — you can choose several.
Tipo de modelo — person or group.
Resultado — Éxito, Error, or both.
Click Guardar to apply.
Always choose from the dropdown list. The three fields also accept freely typed text, and a value that doesn't exist returns an empty table.
Once the filter is applied, there's no on-screen indicator showing it's active, and there's no single button to clear it. To go back to the full view, open the panel again, clear the selections, and save. If you see fewer records than expected, this is the first thing to check.
Más acciones → Exportar CSV, at the top right.
The file has one row for each modified field, not one per event: a change that touched three fields comes down as three rows, with the date, the action, the field, the previous value and the new one, the result, and the error code.
The export downloads the page you're currently viewing, not the entire log. If you need a long stretch, filter by dates and export in parts.
This log covers what the integrations did. Changes that someone on your team makes by hand on the platform —creating a team member, editing them, terminating them— are not here: they appear in the Audit Log, which is a different screen, located at Configuración → Registro de Auditoría, and has its own article.
If you need to know whether a piece of data was changed by your identity provider or by someone on your team, these are the two places to check.
I ran a sync and a person wasn't created. Where do I see why?
Filter by Resultado: Error during the sync period, open the row, and read the Causa field in the detail. That's where the specific reason is: it could be that no usable email came through, or that an active team member already exists with that email or personal ID.
I pushed a group and it didn't show up on the platform.
Look in that period for a group event with Resultado: Error. The most common case is that a group with that same name already exists: in that case the group isn't created and the attempt gets logged. Rename one of the two and sync again.
I made a change by hand and can't find it in the log.
That's expected: this screen only has what the integrations did. Manual changes are in the Audit Log.
What does "Ejecutado por: Automático" mean?
That the change was made by the sync, not a person. This is normal for all events on this screen.
I exported the CSV and it downloaded less than I expected.
The file has the records for the page you're currently viewing. To get a longer stretch, filter by dates and export in parts.
