• 🕙 Choose your own send schedule for email and SMS

When you schedule a simulation by time period, the daily send window now has a "Custom" option: you pick a "Start time" and an "End time" (for example, 10 AM to 3 PM) and the send summary shows that range. The five usual time slots stay the same. Hours are whole numbers and the range can't cross midnight.

• 🔎 Search groups and departments by name when building the audience

In the window for choosing the audience, the "Groups" and "Departments" tabs have a search box. It works in email and SMS simulations and in multiple course assignment. Filtering the list doesn't change your selection: what you already checked stays in the audience.

• 🧩 Get the details of each reported email from the API

The reported emails API now adds the details of a report, with the headers, attachments, links and the full message, so you can analyze them from your own systems. The full attachment file comes with reports made with the Gmail button; in the others you get the name and type of the attachment.

• 🔎 Partners can search their companies by name

In the partner portal there is a search box above the list of companies. It ignores uppercase and accents, and searching doesn't record any access to the company.

• ✉️ The reply to the employee is sent from your company's sender

When you reply to a reported email from the incident inbox, the reply goes out from the Academia sender that your company has set up in its Google or Microsoft integration, in your company's language and without the Whalemate brand. If your company sends through Whalemate, the reply goes out as before.

• 🤖 More accurate clicks in credential theft campaigns

In companies that have anti-bot verification enabled, a click in a credential theft campaign counts only if a person made it, just like in click-only and ransomware campaigns. Automatic clicks from email filters no longer count. This applies to new clicks: earlier campaigns are not recalculated.

• 🧪 Test campaigns are sent even if "Test" was checked afterward

If you checked "Test" after creating the simulation, the send failed and stayed as a draft. Now it goes out right away, and drafts that had gotten stuck are sent by clicking "Send" again.

• 🖼️ Deleting a gallery asset doesn't break newsletters already sent

The images, videos and PDFs of a sent newsletter keep working even if you later delete the asset from the gallery.

🎓 Awareness - Academy

• 🔐 The Academy no longer shows a blank page when opened with an old session

If the saved session has expired or can't be validated, the sign-in screen appears.

• 👥 The Academy Admin can assign paths to several people at once

Multiple assignment of learning paths is now saved for that role, just like for courses.
